kaca21 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the kaca21 platform. By registering or accessing any part of this site, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and kaca21 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by kaca21, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the kaca21 platform. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated through the platform, and your continued use following such notice will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated Terms.
This platform is for entertainment purposes only and is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Users under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering or using any services offered by kaca21.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of kaca21 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering more than one account is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. kaca21 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify our support team immediately.
Kaca21 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time to meet legal compliance requirements. Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a kaca21 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You are not permitted to:
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate game outcomes or platform systems.
- Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.
- Engaging in any action that disrupts or negatively affects other users' experience on the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to kaca21's systems, databases, or restricted areas of the platform.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and kaca21 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the kaca21 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include local bank transfers via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet. kaca21 does not accept foreign currencies or international payment methods unless explicitly stated.
Deposits successfully credited to your account are final and cannot be reversed once the transaction is confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring all payment details are accurate before confirming any transaction. kaca21 is not liable for delays or transaction failures caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the current withdrawal policy stated on the platform. kaca21 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests for security review or identity verification purposes. Any attempt to abuse the bonus or promotions system may result in forfeiture of the relevant benefits and account suspension.
All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform from time to time. These limits will be clearly displayed in the deposit and withdrawal section of your account.
5. Liability Limitations & Account Suspension Policy
Kaca21 provides this platform on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will operate uninterrupted, be free from technical errors, or be free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, kaca21 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or business interruption.
Kaca21 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user has violated any provision of these Terms.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering has been detected.
- Account found to be owned by an individual under 18 years of age.
- Account has been inactive beyond the specified period with no activity.
- A directive has been received from the relevant authorities or law enforcement agencies.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, kaca21 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance in the account, subject to the circumstances and the outcome of an internal investigation.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, logos, branding, designs, software, and visual elements on the kaca21 platform are the exclusive property of kaca21 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or modify any platform content without prior written consent from kaca21.
The kaca21 platform may contain links or references to third-party services, including game providers, payment providers, and support services. kaca21 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. You access third-party links entirely at your own risk.
Kaca21 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically to ensure they remain compliant with the version of the Terms currently in effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
